Instructions

Notes: You can use any pigeon feather but these are from
some Tumbler Pigeons given to me by a friend, Ron Shealer. They make
great pets and entertain with spectacular aerobatic displays.

Tumbler Pigeons fly
in circles until reaching high altitudes then tumble over and over as they fall toward the ground.
Sometimes, but rarely, they fail to pull out of their tumbling and plunge to a high impact death.
