Note:
If you like fishing spinners you should like this. It can be varied in many
ways, adjusting the hackle and color of pheasant rump. Give a better starting
float w/ a ending spinning sink toward the end of the drift. Put float on it
pull up wings and fish it as a dry. Also tie it upside down on the hook.
