Body Epoxy with sparkle in the space between the wing and the shank.
Wings Pair of fluffy dove feathers secured at front and rear laying over the wire.

Instructions:

Note 1:  The dove feathers are the body feathers (I think) white to light gray often found in the woods. They have a thick stem and most of it is marabou-liked. 

 

Note 2:  Pictured to the right are two version of the Bow Minnow.
