The name in Serbo-Croatian is "Patkova Krem Pupa," meaning "CDC Cream Pupa" in English.  This pattern imitates the caddis pupa in it's final wing development stage before flight. 


Note: This fly imitates a Caddis Pupae in its final phase of uplifting towards the water surface and the beginning of changing before gaining its final shape for flying off the water.
