a kind and generous person that is willing to help others at his own expense.
He's a native
of Lithuania but has traveled and fished much of Europe. His excellent
tying talent is displayed
with the flies on this site.
For the last 2 years (2002 & 2003) Oleg has traveled mostly by sea out of
ports in the USA. He then returned to Lithuania to continue his
archeticual studies at a local University.

is Oleg with salmon he caught on the Kola Peninsula in Russia.
The picture below was taken in 1998 after catching his first European trout.
