My first fly was a wooly bugger. It was a part of the fly tying kit that I got. It was so bad that I tore it apart verry shortly after tying it. So I don't have it. I thought of saving it for posterity but at the time I really didnt know if I was going to continue tying, especially if they were all going to turn out like that one did. You don't know it at the time, but the tools you get with those kits are so poor that it makes tying a decent fly almost impossible. will search my computer and see if I have an early fly to post. I know I took some pictures but they weren't very good photos.
